Cooling components are the key to ensuring laser efficiency and component life. Regularly check the cooling water pipes of the laser welding machine. (1). If there is any failure of the equipment, the power should be cut off immediately. When the equipment is not working, cover the field lens lens to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens, and cut off the power of the welding machine and computer.
(2). When the equipment is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state, and non-personnel should not overhaul it when it is turned on to avoid electric shock accidents.
(3). If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing lens, which will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat and explode, reducing the power of the laser and affecting the welding effect. When the welding effect is not good, the surface of the focusing mirror should be carefully checked for contamination.
(4). The debugging of the laser welding machine must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise other components on the optical path will be damaged due to the misalignment or polarization adjustment of the laser. Operators must have common sense of laser safety protection, and must wear special laser safety glasses during work.
